All officers undergo thorough background checks and mandatory drug screening in accordance with all applicable state and local regulations.

Licensing & Compliance

Officers are required to hold and maintain all applicable state licenses, certifications, and permits in good standing at all times.

Site-Specific Orientation

Prior to assignment, officers complete City-approved and client-specific site orientation to ensure full familiarity with post orders, policies, and local procedures.

Ongoing Professional Training

Officers receive continuous training in essential operational areas, including:

Customer service and professional conduct
Emergency response and incident management
Conflict management and de-escalation techniques
CPR and First Aid certification
Accurate report writing and documentation
